About me
Hi, I’m Zakhar. I’m a game producer with a technical background.
I was born and raised in Russia. I got into game development early by building small projects in tools like Construct and Unity, and later came back to it seriously when I chose my college path. I studied Digital Media at UCF and then joined FIEA to deepen my production and development experience through team-based projects and great mentors.
At FIEA, I’ve worked across multiple teams and scopes, including:
Supporting artists and level designers by setting up documentation, timelines, and clear handoffs for levels and cinematics.
Designing, programming, and managing several quick 2-week prototypes in teams of up to 5.
Project-managing a VR project that blended live actors with VR to explore an interactive experience with escape-room potential.
Leading Dillo’s Dilemma as Project Lead, coordinating a 28-person team, including contractors.
Outside of games, I’m into mountain hiking, lifting, and board sports like kite surfing and snowboarding. I’m also a long-time CS/Valorant fan, and I love going to esports events.
Feel free to reach out if you want to chat about production, pipelines, or game projects.
